With over ten years experience in the construction industry and a Chartered Surveyor since 2013, Harry has provided project management and employer's agent/contract administration services on a range of projects including luxury residential, new build and refurbishment office space, retail and catering facilities.
Harry joined Everest Surveying in 2017, enabling us to offer specialist project management services to our clients. He is also a knowledgeable party wall surveyor, and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

After seven years as a project manager in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, firstly for a commercial electrical contractor, and then for a principal contractor, Tom joined his father Steve at Everest Surveying in 2013 with the aim of developing expertise in party wall surveying and connected neighbourly matters. Between 2013-2015 Tom studied part-time for an MSc in Building Surveying at Kingston University, and has since become a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club and is a fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, both of which are specialist organisations promoting knowledge and excellence in party wall practice.

Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1973, Steve has nearly 50 years experience in the construction industry having spent time in both local government and various branches of the private sector. Formerly the managing director of Rosemont Architecture + Surveying Limited, and a partner of Morfield Everest, Steve founded Everest Building Surveying in 2008. A specialist party wall surveyor since 1990, Steve has a wealth of experience in the role of building owner’s surveyor, adjoining owner's surveyor and agreed surveyor.
Since the beginning of 2019, Steve has taken a step away from the business towards retirement and no longer works full-time, but still provides consultancy services to the business.
