Harry Everest

With over ten years' experience in the construction industry and a Chartered Surveyor since 2013, Harry has provided project management and employer's agent/contract administration services on a range of projects including luxury residential, new build and refurbishment office space, retail and catering facilities. Harry joined Everest Surveying in 2017, enabling us to offer specialist project management services to our clients. He is also a knowledgeable party wall surveyor, a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society.

Thomas Everest

After seven years as a project manager in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, firstly for a commercial electrical contractor, and then for a principal contractor, Tom joined his father Steve at Everest Surveying in 2013 with the aim of developing expertise in party wall surveying and connected neighbourly matters. Between 2013-2015 Tom studied part-time for an MSc in Building Surveying at Kingston University, and has since become a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and is a fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, both of which are specialist organisations promoting knowledge and excellence in party wall practice.

Steve Everest

Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1973, Steve has 50 years experience in the construction industry having spent time in both local government and various branches of the private sector.  A specialist party wall surveyor since 1990, Steve has a wealth of experience in the role of building owner’s surveyor, adjoining owner's surveyor and agreed surveyor, and has acted as a mentor to his sons upto their succession of the business. 

Steve is now retired, but very occasionally provides consultancy services to the business.
